About Me
I became a therapist because I believe in the sacredness of being truly seen and heard. Many people carry grief, trauma, and untold stories alone memories minimized, identities silenced, and pain that never had a safe place to land. My work offers that place. I won’t ask you to shrink or polish your story. Together, we will explore your experiences with compassion and courage, so you can live with more clarity, connection, and self-trust.

My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and relational, trauma-informed care. I integrate EMDR therapy for trauma recovery, somatic therapy for nervous system regulation, inner child work for deep emotional healing, and mindfulness-based stress reduction to help you reconnect with your values and strengths. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, life transitions, or a search for identity and purpose, our work will meet you where you are and move at the pace your healing needs.

Therapy with me is about more than symptom relief it’s about creating lasting change in how you relate to yourself, others, and the world. This is a space where your story is honored, your emotions are valid, and you are allowed to take up space without apology.
