The Cost of Always
Holding It Together
You’ve kept the peace, carried the weight, and stayed strong.
The You Who Finally Feels Safe
You don’t need to be someone else. You need to come home to yourself.

My Approach
I believe healing begins when we stop performing and start living in truth not just with our words, but in our bodies, our choices, and our relationships. My approach is steady, relational, and built on trust. We don’t rush change. We stay with what’s real, even when it hurts, and we explore the parts of your story that were never allowed into the light.

I draw from somatic practices, nervous system repair, attachment science, boundary work, and inner child exploration. Sometimes that looks like slowing down and listening inward. Sometimes it means practicing new ways of relating with yourself and with others. My goal is not quick fixes, but deep shifts so you can live from wholeness instead of survival.

About Me
I became a therapist because I believe in the sacredness of being seen. Too many of us have carried our stories alone grief that was silenced, trauma that was minimized, identities that never had the chance to take shape. I know the power of sitting across from someone who won’t look away, who can hold the raw edges with compassion and courage. I won’t ask you to shrink or polish your story. My work is relational, body-centered, and rooted in radical permission: to feel, to rest, to question, to be fully human. Real change begins here.
Getting Help
Getting help isn’t about being broken, it’s about being human. Life brings storms we were never meant to weather alone, and sometimes the bravest thing we can do is reach out and say, “I need someone to walk with me.” Therapy offers space to be seen, heard, and understood without judgment. Together, we’ll explore the questions, the pain, and the patterns that shape your story, and gently uncover new ways to live with truth, courage, and compassion.
